CP Builders, Inc. builds custom or spec quality homes from mid-range to luxury homes on your lot in Central Kentucky, including Richmond KY, Winchester Ky, Lexington KY and the surrounding counties.

New Residential Construction

CP Builders can work closely with your architect or your existing home plans. We can also help you select from a library of our spec home plans, or create one from you from scratch. We can customize home plans to fit the needs and request of our clients and that is why we feel communication from the pre-construction meeting throughout all stages of the build is a primary focus of our partners.

When working with the client, we are flexible and offer a variety of choices as there is no standard house plan, because with our extensive experience and variety of skillsets, we can customize any house plan as the client needs it.

Energy Star Rated Home Construction

Our homes are Energy Star Rated with HERS* Rating. We choose energy efficient materials including high density wall insulation, Energy Star Low E windows, High efficiency HVAC systems, Ness WiFi Enabled thermostat, Energy Star Appliances, air barriers, drought resistant landscaping and building standards that meet HERS Certification.

*The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured. Ahome earns the ENERGY STAR by meeting strict program requirements for energy efficiency set by the U.S. EPA.

Onsite Construction Management

From every step of the construction phase, CP Builders is there onsite from start to finish.  From meeting with our clients at the pre-construction meeting to during the construction process from footer to final inspection, Peydon and BJ will be on the job managing your project and overseeing all phases of construction by a handpicked, vetted team of contractors.

With our hands-on approach, we are consistently supervising all aspects of construction: time, budget, quality materials and skilled labor, to ensure the project is of the highest quality, within the set budget and meeting established time constraints.
